To ensure the success of ISPRS 2026, all delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors are asked to book their accommodation through the official housing bureau, ICS. Booking elsewhere risks financial penalties for the Congress.

Discounted rooms are available through ICS after registration. Please do not contact hotels directly.

HOW TO BOOK

Accommodation can be booked at the same time as Registration through the Registration portal.

Accommodation will open on 18 August, 2025.

GUEST ROOM RATES / APPLICABLE TAXES

Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and based on single or double occupancy excluding taxes + fees unless otherwise indicated. The room rates will be subject to all state and city taxes in effect at the time of the Congress (currently 13% HST and 6% MAT Tax). The 6% MAT tax will be subject to 13% HST.

DELTA HOTELS TORONTO

Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, the Delta Toronto hotel features spacious rooms, an indoor heated pool and hot tub, and free WiFi. The Delta Toronto is just steps away from the city's top attractions and sites including the CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Center, and Ripley's Aquarium of Canada.

Booking Deadline:

Monday, June 1, 2026 23:59 PST (Pacific Standard Time) and is subject to availability. (Rooms may be sold out prior to this date).

Payment Terms:

A credit card is mandatory for every reservation and must have an expiration date on or after June 2026. The Hotel may charge the non-refundable, full stay to the credit card after the cut-off date. If the credit card is invalid, the reservation may be cancelled.

Cancellation and Reduction in Room Nights Policy:

Cancellations and reductions in room nights must be made no later than Monday, June 1, 2026 in order to avoid a penalty charge equal to the full stay. Cancellations and reductions in room nights after Monday, June 1, 2026, will result in all room nights being charged to the credit card on file. No refunds will be issued for no shows. In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

WARNING: 

Please beware of housing piracy companies. They are contacting delegates/sponsors to book rooms through their channels and are claiming that they control the rooms for the Congress. They do not. These companies charge non-refundable deposits from the moment you book their rooms; thus, making it impossible for delegates to cancel their reservations. In some situations, rooms are not booked but payment has been taken.

DOUBLETREE BY HILTON TORONTO DOWNTOWN

Room Type: Queen Bed

Located in the city center, DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Downtown features an indoor heated pool, an on-site restaurant, and a fitness center. Toronto Eaton Center and St. Patrick Subway Station are within 1148 feet. Upon arrival, guests of DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Toronto are greeted with warm chocolate chip cookies.
